My Priorities

My Priorities include:

  • Strengthening early math intervention

  • Expanding reading and literacy programs

  • Increasing homework assistance and academic tutoring

  • Growing STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) opportunities

  • Expanding Career Technical Education (CTE), including pathways in mechanics, plumbing, electrical, construction, healthcare, and other skilled trades

  • Supporting arts education, including music, choir, dance, theater, and visual arts

  • Investing in quality after-school and enrichment programs that provide safe, engaging environments for students while supporting working families

Safe Learning Environments

Students learn best when they feel safe, valued, and supported. A child cannot reach their full academic potential without a positive learning environment. I will work to expand access to school counselors, psychologists, and mental health resources so students receive support before challenges become crises.

Strong schools are built on trust. I believe in open communication, responsible decision-making, fiscal accountability, and meaningful community engagement. Parents, educators, students, and community members deserve a voice in the decisions that impact our schools.
